Every visitor to the checkout page appears here — Stripe creates a session on load regardless of form interaction. Copy a session ID and filter by it in Clarity (custom dimensions) to find the exact recording.

Look up a customer by email to see their transactions, then refund any individual charge. Refunding runs three steps: Stripe refund → delete Descope account → send Loops refund email.
